The tender for the main South Cliff Gardens project works has been published.
The estimated contract start date is 7/12/2020 and its estimated end date is 10/12/2021.
The tender’s description says:
“Restoration and refurbishment works to buildings, structures and hard and soft landscaping, as well as the construction of a new build Operations Centre, and the design and construction of a new play area at South Cliff Gardens, Scarborough. The Employer is only seeking tenders from one Principal Contractor for the whole of the works.”
